Take about 150 gm of cooked brown rice in a bowl then add 50 gm of curd and some salt to it.
For preparing the seasoning, take ½ tsp of oil in a pan. Heat it and then add about ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of Truweight seeds cocktails along with a few curry leaves.
Then add 1 tsp of green chillies and 2 tbsp of carrot to it while heating.
On cooling, add the seasoning to the curd brown rice. And you are now ready to enjoy a happy meal.
