Tomato Juice
We really needn’t enlist all the health benefits of tomatoes neither do we have to elaborate on how this tomato juice can be really refreshing. Still need for a reason to make this juice from luscious? Then do so for the anti-ageing benefits of lycopene contained in tomatoes. Adding to it is the fibre rich cucumber and gingerol (another anti-inflammatory agent) from the ginger.

- 3 large tomatoes
- few leaves of coriander
- cucumber (peeled)
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1/2 lemon (peeled)
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cut the peel off the cucumber if you want to retain the bright red color of the juice. Including the peel will contribute to a brownish color to the juice.
Run all ingredients through your juicer starting with the soft ingredients such as lemon and cucumber.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a few leafs or drops of stevia for sweetness. (or use raw honey, apple, water melon or mango if you don’t have stevia)
